Greetings from Grande Market Square!

Well we're settled in the new kitchen and boy do we love it. The kitchen is phenomenal! We have increased capacity and some great new staff. It is truly a pleasant place to work and cook.

I was hesitant at first about the new location but I have been pleasantly astonished how easy it is to get from the Grande Market Square to just about anywhere in the Twin Cities and beyond. This has proved to be an ideal location for serving both downtown Minneapolis and downtown St. Paul as well as excellent freeway access to the whole metro area.

Chef Jim and I are adding a couple great new items to our menu. A Chipotle Chicken Salad available as an option for the box lunches, sandwich and wrap platters and group salads. Chef Jim also created a Mexican Caprese salad that will "knock your socks off".

We would love to help you celebrate the upcoming holiday season with great food from our new kitchen. We can deliver a classic holiday dinner with all the fixings for a celebration meal at the office or deliver it to your home ready to serve. Party platters or reception hors d'oeuvres are also available to serve you and your guests with flair.

We've decided to make things easier for all of us by adjusting the delivery charge to one flat rate for the whole metro area. We used to have different charges for different zip codes but one flat rate seems to make the most sense for everyone.

There are more interesting and exciting changes happening in the near future so keep an eye out for the next newsletter, I think you'll be nicely suprised.

Chipotle Chicken Salad

White and dark meat chicken mixed to perfection with roasted corn, mild green chilis, black beans, fire-roasted red bell pepper, and a compliment of southwestern spices all rolled together with smoky sweet chipotle mayonnaise and a hint of spice. Great with fresh bakery buns, lettuce & tomato add .50c per person.

Mexican Caprese

The challenge of this delightful offering is bringing your self to eat this work of art! Want a colorful and flavorful centerpiece for your entertaining table this is the one for you. Layered to perfection, fresh vine-ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese & avocados topped with thinly sliced red onion, fresh cilantro and then drizzled in our zesty homemade chili-oil. Eaten as a salad or fresh wholesome appetizer.

Delivery Charges!

We are changing our delivery charges to one flat rate for the entire metro area. Instead of being in a zone that could vary from $6.50 to $20.00 we will now only charge a flat rate of $10.00.
