We are dedicated to providing high quality “made from scratch” food selections for meetings, events and social gatherings, we provide all levels of service from food drop off to complete turn-key events with all or part of every event element supplied by us.

Today we offer the best in creating special events; corporate catering, social event planning, coordinating and delivering events that meet the specific needs of our customers.

The Special Events Midwest team has over 75 years of custom catering and event planning experience; you can count on our friendly and experienced team members to provide time tested and creative solutions for your next event or meeting. We provide personalized service and flexible planning on special events and catering. We will have your guests raving about the quality food and extraordinary service.

Special Events Midwest started in 2002 and has developed into one of the Midwest’s fastest growing and most respected full service catering and event planning companies. Dan LaFond has established a core team of experienced professionals in the catering and event planning industry.

As Special Events Midwest continues to grow the majority of our business comes from repeat customers. We are poised to make an impact in the region by delivering our tasty, made from scratch foods and creative events from our beautiful large kitchen and event production facility.

• Support of Youth Sports through sponsorships and participation in fund-raising events.

• Working with various charities to provide quality food donations.

• Participation in the R3 Collaborative for Recovery, Reentry and Renewal employment program for ex-offenders coming out of rehabilitation and recovery programs. We provide training and skills in the food service/culinary arts industry.

• Sponsor: Knights of Columbus - Knights on Bikes Fundraisers and Events

• Sponsor for CCTP, Teen Challenge, Union Gospel, Salvation Army and IFI Events.
